henley - capitol of Chavland ?

just watched the local news obn BBC and suprised to see that henley residents don't realise their town is the thames valleys main location for drunks, druggies and ill educated, bad mannered and foul mouthed youths...
Is there anyone else that locks all their car doors and checks the windows are up, when they cross the bridge into the pit of hades that is henley in the early hours?
Lets get all the houses that are 'needed' for the development of the south east built in henley...........
